Freight and Delivery
Fish Finatix supplies wholesale tropical fish and handmade aquarium ceramics to retailers across Australia. Depending on your location, orders are sent via road or air freight to ensure fish arrive safely and in the shortest possible time. To help offset delivery costs, eligible customers can take advantage of our freight subsidy program, with free fish provided to cover part or all of the freight charge on qualifying orders. With reliable nationwide delivery, competitive pricing and Australian-bred livestock, ordering from Fish Finatix is simple, cost-effective and backed by decades of aquaculture experience.
Road Freight
Available to many QLD and NSW locations, with direct-to-door delivery for eligible areas.
Air Freight
Used for longer-distance destinations to ensure fish arrive quickly and in excellent condition.
Freight subsidy
Eligible customers can receive free fish to help offset freight costs on fish orders.

Fish Finatix believes freight costs shouldn’t be a barrier to accessing quality Australian-bred fish. Eligible customers can receive free fish to help offset freight charges on fish orders, providing additional value on every order. Current subsidy offers and freight rates are shown below.
Freight subsidy:
- NSW & QLD fish freight is currently free.
- Interstate shop customers (excluding NSW & QLD) receive free fish to help cover freight costs. (Excluding ceramic orders.)
- Currently, 1 Bronze Cory is supplied for every $7.50 of freight charged.

How Delivery Works
Orders are shipped via road or air freight depending on your location and the quickest, safest route available. Fish are carefully packed and dispatched to minimise transit times, with most deliveries arriving within 24 hours of packing. Depending on the destination, orders can be collected from airport freight depots or delivered directly to your business via road freight.
All interstate air freight orders require collection from airline freight depots at your nearest airport.

- Minimum order value: $300.00
- New customers: Payment is required before orders are dispatched. A pro forma invoice with banking details will be provided prior to shipment.
- Please send your order in by Sunday or Monday morning latest for Wednesday pack.
